8.1.3. Indication by LEDs
Details of statuses indicated by LEDs on the setup panel are as shown in the table below.
Indications
Display color Functions
POWER Green It is lit up when power is turned ON.
4RUN
(=LED4)
Orange It is lit up during running of the machine.
It is lit up when fault occurs. (Note 1)
It is lit up while the machine is in the setup mode. (Note 2)
3FEED.
(=LED3)
Orange It is lit up while the screw feeding time (hand driver type) is set up.
It is lit up while the machine is in the setup mode. (Note 2)
2VIB.
(=LED2)
Orange It is lit up when the vibrator vibration strength is set up.
It is lit up while the machine is in the setup mode. (Note 2)
1FREQ.
(=LED1)
Orange It is lit up when the vibrator vibration frequency is set up.
It is lit up while the machine is in the setup mode. (Note 2)

Note 2: Refer to “8.2 Setup and adjustment procedures”.
In the setup and adjustment mode, as shown in the figure below, the combination of 4 statuses (lit up, flashing
at longer intervals, flashing at shorter intervals, unlit) of the 4 LEDs of LED1 (=1
FREQ.) to LED4
(=4
RUN) on the setup panel is changed with the key for setup and adjustment. (Hereinafter the statuses of
the LEDs are described with simplified symbols.)





