Fuse is blown
Replace the fuse on the rear panel with a specified
one shown below. (Refer to [9] in “2.3.2 Back
face” and “12.1 Specifications”.)
If the fuse blows again, repair or replace main unit.
Failures of PCB, power
supply, etc.

If you replace the fuse in fuse holder (FU2 or FU3), be sure to use a specified one. If
