3 Using your game deck as
a phone
• MAKE A CALL
1 In the standby mode, key in the phone number,
including the area code.
2 Press or to move the cursor.
Press to remove a number.
For international calls, press twice for the
international prefix (the + character replaces the
international access code) and then key in the
country code, the area code without 0, and the
phone number.
1 Press to call the number.
2 Press to end the call (or to cancel the
call attempt).
To adjust the volume during a call, press to
increase and to decrease the volume level.
Note: Pressing always ends a call, even if another application
is active.
The Contacts directory
1 To open the Contacts directory, press Contacts.
2 To find a contact, scroll to the desired name, or key in the first letters of the
name.
The Search field opens automatically and matching contacts are listed.
3 Press to start the call.
4 If the contact has more than one phone number, scroll to the number and
press
to start the call.
Call your voice mailbox
The voice mailbox (network service) lets callers leave voice messages.
• To call your voice mailbox, press and in the standby mode.
• If the game deck asks for the voice mailbox number, key it in and press OK.
You can obtain this number from your service provider.
