Insert (U)SIM card and battery
Glossary: The USIM card is an enhanced version of
the SIM card and is supported by UMTS mobile
phones.
Keep all SIM cards out of the reach of small children.
1 With the back of the
device facing you, press
the release button on
the left side of the
device and slide the
cover.
2 Lift the cover.
3 To release the (U)SIM
card holder, slide the
holder to the right, and
lift the left end of the
holder up.
4 Insert the the (U)SIM
card into the holder.
Make sure that the
bevelled corner on the
card is facing upward
from the holder,
and that the contact
area on the card is facing the connectors on the device.
5 Close the holder, and
slide it to the left to
lock it into place.
6 Insert the battery.
7 Replace the back
cover.
