The Quark RF shielding (peel-off can) is possible to open by using the SS-264 RF shield removal tool.
After repair, install correct "shielding repair lid". See Mechanical spare part list. RF shield A is peel-off type
and can be opened for repair purposes. The other RF shield can should not be opened in service centers.
