Ifthesprayerwasbuiltpriortomodelyear2007,themainliftvalvemayhavetobereplacedwithapartfrom
your local Case Dealership.If the booms will go up, but not down; the valve will need to be replaced.The
Casepartnumberofthevalveis87558232.
1. Lowerthemainliftallthewaytothebottom.Turnoffthesprayerignition.
2. Loosenthehosesoneachsideofoneofthemainliftcylinderslocatedatthebackofthespray e r.Thisis
toremoveanypressurefromthesystem.
3. Removethecoilsfromthemainliftvalve,locatedunderthesprayer.

4. Threadthevalveoutofthevalvehousingandthreadthenew valvein.
5. Reinstallthecoilsontothenewmainliftvalve.
