the Compan

ht bulbs,
replaceable fuses, and will be effective for a period of two

ears from date of ori
g
inal purchase. The Compan
y
warrants, provided that the E
q
uipment shall at all times have been in possession of and used b
y
the ori
g
inal
consumer-purchaser, that:
A. The Compan
y
will provide free service and replacement of defective parts at no char
g
e at all authorized
Norcold Service Centers for a period of two
y
ears from the date of ori
g
inal purchase. In the event of a
coolin
g
unit failure, Norcold has the option of replacin
g
the coolin
g
unit assembl
y
or the entire refri
g
erator.
This Limited Warrant
y
covers labor costs incurred in removin
g
and re-installin
g
the refri
g
erator onl
y
when
necessar
y
to replace a defective part. The Compan
y
will pa
y
inbound and outbound transportation costs
of an
y
defective part, for a 2-
y
ear period commencin
g
with date of purchase. The ori
g
inal consumer-pur-
chaser must pa
y
all expenses incurred in makin
g
the e
q
uipment available at one of the Norcold Service Centers.
B. The followin

procedure shall be followed b

inal consumer-purchaser desirin
g
to obtain
performance under the terms of this Limited Warrant

. The refri
g
erator must be brou
g
ht to an

of the
Norcold Service Centers and the ori
g
inal consumer-purchaser must present evidence

inal consumer-purchaser: and

that the item claimed to be defective is still within the
warrant

covera

e. If the ori
g
inal consumer-purchaser is unable to accomplish this task, written notice
should be immediatel

directed to Norcold and advice will be promptl
y

iven concernin
g
the manner
in which warrant
y
service ma
y
be obtained. Inabilit
y
to ph
y
sicall
y
brin

the refri
g
erator to a Norcold
Service Center will not void the warrant
y

additional costs thereb

inal consumer-purchaser.
C. The Compan

will not be liable under this Limited Warrant

reason of transit dama

e, misuse, ne

lect or accident.

Manufacturin

defects found at the time of purchase, and associated labor, which are not communi-
cated to the Compan
y

s.

Labor performed without need for parts replacements which is not communicated to the Compan
y
within 30 da
y
s.
(

)
Replacement of blown fuses.
(

)
Defects arisin
g
from improper installation or ad

ustment of the E
q
uipment.

The need for normal maintenance of this refri
g
erator accordin
g
to the
g
uidelines specified in the
Installation and Operatin
g
Instructions.

from the improper use of parts or parts not manufactured or supplied b

the Compan
y
in the course of repairs or replacements to the E

uipment.
D. Emplo
y
ees and a

ents of the Compan
y
, and its authorized service representatives, have no authorit

to

the terms of the Limited Warrant
y
, which applies onl
y
to E
q
uipment purchased and installed in the
United States of America and the Dominion of Canada. The Compan
y
reserves the ri
g
ht to make an
y
improvements or chan
g
es in parts or models without notice to an
y
ori
g
inal consumer-purchaser.
E. The Compan
y
shall not be liable or in an
y
wa
y
responsible for an
y
loss or dama
g
e to person or
propert
y
, or lost profits or other similar loss or dama
g
e that ma
y
result or be claimed to have resulted
from a defect in an
y
parts of the E
q
uipment covered b
y
this Limited Warrant

. Some states do not
allow the exclusion or limitations of an

incidental or conse

uential dama

es, so the above limitation

F. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE;

APPLICABLE TO A PART OR PARTS OF THE REFRIGERATOR IS LIMITED TO A PERIOD OF TWO
YEARS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE.
