      If your Norcold Refrigerator is not operating, first ensure the power switch/thermostat is not in the OFF position. Also, make sure the door is closed and sealing correctly, the refrigerator is correctly installed with unblocked vents, and the vehicle fuse or circuit breaker is intact. High ambient temperatures (over 110° F / 43° C), decreased air circulation due to food or covered shelves, and a frosted freezer can also cause this. You can also disconnect wires from thermostat and place a jumper across the connections on thermostat wires # 4 and 6 (refer to Figure 5). Does the unit work? Finally, jumper the relay COM wire and NO wire (refer to Figure 6). If unit works with jumper in place, replace the relay only.
