Overview
ThepumpdriveassemblyconsistsofaNORDBLOC.1
inlinegearboxwitha1/3hpmotor(SK072.1F-71S/4)
andmotor-mountedSK200EACvectordrive.
A 1/3 hp (0.25 kW) rated AC vector drive rated for
1-phase230VACinputismounteddirectlytothe1/3
hp(0.25kW)ratedmotorwhichiswiredforlowvolt-
age(3-phase230VAC).TheSK200EACvectordrive
includes an internal 24VDC control power supply
withouttheneedforanadditionalmodule.Thedrive
assemblyincludes2xanaloginputs,4xdigitalinputs,
and2xdigital outputs. An8-pin M12 quick-discon-
nectreceptacleisprovidedasthemeansofconnect-
ingthecontrolsignalsfromthecontrolpanel.
A4-20mAsignalisconnectedtoananaloginputand
isusedasthespeedreference(0-100Hz).Twoofthe
digital inputs are used to control the Drive Enable
andRotationReversalfunctions.Finally,a24Vdigi-
taloutputisusedtoprovidefeedbacktothecontrol
panelthatthedriveisrunning.

formthefollowingchecks:
1) Check the Type and Part Number on the name-
plateoftheACvectordrive.Ifeitherisnotaslisted
below,theACvectordrivedoesnothavethecorrect
ratingandmayneedtobeexchanged.

b.PartNumbershouldbe275226103
2) Accesselectricalconnectionsbyfollowing
procedureshownbelow.
a.ConfirminputACsupplyvoltageisturnedoff.
b.Loosenthe4hexsocketheadscrews(4mm).
c.CarefullylifttheACvectordriveoffthe
  connectionunit
d.Theelectricalconnectionsandtheoptionslots
  arenowfreelyaccessible.
