QUICK ASSEMBLY GUIDE

Attach Base Caps and Route Upright Wire

Secure base caps and route the upright wire through the right upright for treadmill assembly.

Install Grommet and Ground Wire

Insert the grommet into the square hole and attach the ground wire to the treadmill base.

Connect Uprights to Base

Attach the right and left uprights to the main treadmill base.

Fit Base Covers onto Uprights

Slide the base covers onto the treadmill uprights for a finished look.

Route Wire and Attach Handrails

Route the upright wire through the right handrail and attach both handrails.

Install Console Frame

Insert the console frame into the handrails and secure it.

Connect Upright Wire and Remove Tie

Connect the upright wire to the console and remove any securing wire tie.

Attach Console Assembly

Insert the upright wire into the right handrail and attach the main console assembly.

Mount Console Clamps

Attach the console clamps to secure the console unit.

Install Trays

Attach the accessory trays to the treadmill console area.

Attach Latch Housing

Secure the latch housing unit to the treadmill frame.

Position Base Covers

Slide the base covers into their final position on the treadmill.
