Checking for blockage in the
manifold
WARNING: System or material pressurized. Release
pressure. Failure to observe this warning may result in
serious burns.
1. Reduce the pump air pressure to “0”.
2. Trigger all guns.
3. Open the manifold drain valve.
1. Reduce the pump air pressure to “0”.
2. Open the manifold drain valve slightly.
3. Slowly increase the pump air pressure.
4. If the pump strokes, relieve system pressures, remove and clean the
manifold filter.
Manually shifting the actuator

1. Thread an M4 screw into the top of the spool in the actuator valve
cap.
2. Shift the air valve manually for several pump cycles. If the valve will
not move, refer to step 8 of the Pump not stroking troubleshooting
procedure earlier in this section.
3. If the pump operates when the valve is manually shifted but will not
shift on its own, the problem is with the actuator. Refer to step 8 of
the Pump not stroking troubleshooting procedure earlier in this
section.
4. If the pump will not operate when the valve is manually shifted, the
pump is jammed or the air motor is leaking. Refer to the Pump not
stroking troubleshooting procedure earlier in this section.
