inspecting the pump siphon ball
and seat
1. Increase and decrease pump air pressure while triggering the guns.
This frees the pump of any lodged particles holding the siphon ball
off its seat.

2. If the pump is still stroking erratically, remove the pump assembly
from the applicator as detailed in Section 7 Pump replacement.
3. Inspect the bottom of the pump body and remove any particles
holding the siphon ball off its seat.
1. Set the pump air regulator to “0”.
2. Disconnect the solenoid assembly from the actuator assembly.
3. Reconnect the bottom solenoid connection to the pump mount.
4, Switch the circuit breaker on, wait for READY light to go on.
5. Gradually increase air pressure at the regulator.
6. If air DOES flow, the solenoid is OK. If air does NOT flow, test the
solenoid voltage.
