Start the vacuum pump 15 minutes prior to system use.
Rotate the EMO button counter-clockwise to release it.
Press the green On button to power up the plasma system.
Set IPC to manual mode and IPC open% to 100%.
Make sure the system is in manual mode; Stop (7) should be green.
Apply vacuum (3), gas (4), and RF (6) accordingly.
Ensure manual mode alarms are disabled (!) in the Parameters screen.
Press EMO button (4) when pressure is <100mT to shutdown.
