iTrax PC Replacement
Use this procedure to upload the current software onto a
®
new iTrax PC. To access the newest software, contact
ICS Technical Support at . ics.tech.support@nordson.com

Refer to your system drawing for specific
wiring instructions.
Connect the other end of the network
wiring to the main terminal block in the
control unit.

Prepare to Install
1. Be sure all power to the control unit
containing all of the iTrax modules is OFF.
2. Install and wire the iTrax SM, SC, and
PRx modules using the included
instructions.
1. Install the network wiring and included
terminating resistor into the DB-9
connector.
3. Disconnect the Softing Network
Interface from the USB until after the
Softing Drivers are installed.

2. Assemble the connector halves.
