  If the Nordson Controller pump isn't dispensing, first check that the foot pedal is properly connected. Also, ensure the pump motor cable is correctly connected and replace it if damaged, after disconnecting and locking out power to the controller. Finally, verify that the ESTOP jumper is properly installed in the I/O port on the back of the controller, ensuring pins 1 and 2 (Estop_H and Estop_L) are connected.

  If you're unable to save an entered value on the Nordson Controller, it might be because the value is outside the specified range limits. Check the information table for your program type to confirm the range limits. Also, ensure that the program is enabled by selecting the enable/disable radio button, as program variables can only be changed after a program is enabled.
