      If the Nordson Controller pump isn't dispensing, first check that the foot pedal is properly connected. Also, ensure the pump motor cable is correctly connected and replace it if damaged, after disconnecting and locking out power to the controller. Finally, verify that the ESTOP jumper is properly installed in the I/O port on the back of the controller, ensuring pins 1 and 2 (Estop_H and Estop_L) are connected.
