Configure Hardware
1. Start the OPC Server and then the
OPC Local Client using the shortcuts on
the Windows desktop.
2. Select Display Help from the main
toolbar to obtain assistance in configuring
the iTrax system.
Calibrate Spray Monitors
When the coating system is producing
acceptable product, calibrate the spray
monitors and enable faults as needed.
NOTE: Refer to the Setup Procedure topic
under OI and Gun Setup to add guns and
set up the Operator Interface.

Shutting Down iTrax Operator Interface
Before starting the CAN Programmer, close the
CanWorks iTrax Operator Interface.
NOTE: The CanWorks iTrax Operator Interface may take
several seconds to close.

Before Performing Procedure
Verify Nordson CAN Programmer
application is loaded on the iTrax PC.
Plan for a halt in production. The iTrax
modules cannot be reprogrammed while
they are running in production.
Reprogramming iTrax modules should
take no more than a few minutes.
