4 3Counterbalancingthetractor/cv
Generally tractors are counter-balanced so that they can be used for differents purposes.
‘The tting of additional counter-ballast wherever installed should only be carried out after tting is
completed and with due respect of general safety instructions.
NOREMAT wish to draw your attention to the risk of exceeding the maximum
permitted additional weight which may be added to your tractor/cv.
1. Any additional counter-weight however and wherever carried must always be
within the tractor/cv manufacturer’s maximum limit.
2. Your NOREMAT technician can advise you on the types of tyres, ination
pressures and suitable wheel and wafer weights.
Counterbalance of tractor with front-end loader
When the tractor is tted with a front-end loader and you are not currently using your
NOREMAT machine, it is very important to dismount the machine.
In all cases you should not use your machine as a counterbalance for the front-end
loader. Consult the loader manufacturer’s manual for the recommended method of
counterbalance.
