9 5Maintenanceoftheaccumulator
The Ministerial Order of 24/11/1982 lays down the periodical inspections and tests to which
accumulators are subjected. These inspections must be carried out by the D.R.I.R.E. (government
inspection body) at the customer’s request. The interval between two inspections must not exceed
3 years.
User liability is reduced by timely maintenance, repairs, inspections, and replacement of the machine’s
accumulator.
The operator’s manual that you have will have a test certicate specic
to the one mounted on your machine.
ATTENTION
If removal of the accumulator is necessary,
ensure that it is not under pressure.
9 6Maintenanceoftheradiator
In addition to the daily maintenance of the radiator, it is necessary to regularly check for blocking of the
radiator ns. This can be checked with a torch or worklamp :
-remove the screen and brush any debris away with the help of compressed air
at a maximum pressure of 6 bars. (Figure 2.22)
-remove the electric motor.
-clean the radiator with a high pressure washer from the inside to the outside.
-dry with compressed air.
ATTENTION
Remove all presence of oil as this will accelerate the blocking of
the radiator.
Take care not to damage the ns, the pressure of the washer
should be reduced to 40 bars maximum and held at 40cm
distance.
The direction of the jet should be parallel to the ns.
