VIDEO OUTPUT
You can access the Video settings by navigating through the following screens:
Menu > Settings > Video
Item Settings Comments
HDTV Mode 576p For ‘852 x 576’ TV resolution.
720p For ‘1280 x 720’ TV resolution.
1080i For ‘1920 x 1080’ TV resolution.
1080p For ‘1920 x 1080’ TV resolution.
Auto Resolution settings of the transmitted programme is not changed.
SD TV Aspect Ratio 4:3 For ‘standard’ (4:3) TVs.
16:9 For ‘widescreen’ (16:9) TVs.

Formatting
Centre Cut The side edges of the widescreen programme will be cut-o but the
entire screen will be lled.
Letter Box The entire picture of the widescreen programme will be displayed in
a standard (4:3) TV, but the picture will not ll the screen. There will
be black bars on the top and bottom of the picture.
Full Screen The picture is displayed as per the video mode of the transmitted
programme.
Pillar Box The entire picture will be displayed as if it were on a standard TV with
black bars on either side of the picture.
