This section tells you how to set up your display unit and understand the information
it’s giving you.
1 – Speedometer
The speedometer updates every 2 seconds to provide you with an indication of how
much electricity you’re using in your home right now. It can show consumption up
to 22kW, although a typical household uses a lot less than this.
To help you see your usage level clearly, the first segments show small levels of
electricity consumption, and the later segments show increasingly larger levels of
consumption. The table below shows the power (in Watts) being used when each
of the segments is illuminated.
