• Always disconnect the plug before

1.5 Preventing burns and
scalds
Warning! Hot surfaces, hot water
and hot steam can lead to injuries,
so:
• Never fill the steriliser full of water
• Do not move/transport the unit whilst it’s in
use.
• When the steriliser is in operation the
surfaces can become very hot, so only
touch the unit on the handle or the
switches.
• After sterilisation, carefully remove the
feeding bottles with the bottle tongs
provided, as the bottles will be very hot.
• Only clean the appliance once it has
cooled down.
1.6 For the safety of your child
Warning! Children do not recognize
the dangers that may occur when
operating electrical appliances;
Therefore keep children away from
such appliances.
• Ensure that the packing foil does not
become a deadly trap for a child (risk of
choking). Packing foils are not toys.
• Food prepared in the steam steriliser
should be used immediately, and should
not be kept warm for a prolonged period.
Neither should the food be reheated.
1.7 Material damage
Warning! Follow the instructions below to
prevent material damage.
• Only place the appliance on a level, dry,
non-slip surface so that the appliance can
neither fall over nor slide off.
• Never operate the unit without water.

2.1 Intended purpose
You can use the NUK Vapo 2in1 to sterilise
baby feeding bottles and accessories and to
cook food gently.
This appliance is intended to be used in
household and similar applications such as:
• staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and
other working environments;
• by clients in hotels, motels and other
residential type environments
• farm houses
• bed and breakfast type environments.
The appliance may not be used for direct
commercial purposes or operated in moving
vehicles - railway carriages, for example.
