Connect NDX500 via USB to computer and mixer via RCA. Connect amplifier to mixer output. Power on devices. Set NDX500 to MIDI mode.
NDX500 is class-compliant; no drivers needed. Check Numark for firmware updates.
Download, install, and log in to VirtualDJ 8 using your virtualdj.com account.
Launch VirtualDJ 8. Confirm device detection and configure audio settings by clicking "Use Soundcard" and "OK".
Configure the unit in VirtualDJ's Controller tab using factory default mapping or custom VDJ Script.
Utilize the pre-defined audio setup and special button within VirtualDJ's AUDIO tab for configuration.
SOURCE cycles modes (CD/USB/MIDI). SHIFT accesses secondary functions. EJECT selects MIDI channels.
