• Use only in a rear-facing position on a
forward-facing vehicle seat with appropriate UAS or vehicle seat belt
system. • Use only with children who weigh between 1.8 and 10 kg (4- 22 lbs) and whose
height is 81 cm (32 in.) or less. • Snugly adjust the belts provided with this infant restraint
around your child. For best harness t, use the NEWBORN INSERT with infants who weigh
between 1.8 and 5 kg (4-11 lbs). • Follow all instructions on this infant restraint and in
the written instructions located under the base.
DO NOT USE WITHOUT INSTRUCTIONS! if they are missing, CALL 1-800-667-4111
for free replacement. Register your infant restraint with the manufacturer. • NEVER leave
child unattended. FALL HAZARD: Child’s activity can move carrier. NEVER place carrier
on counter tops, tables, or any other elevated surfaces. Always stay within arms reach
whenever carrier is not on oor/ground. Be sure handle locks into position before
lifting carrier. SUFFOCATION HAZARD: Infant carrier can roll over on soft surfaces
and suffocate child. NEVER place carrier on beds, sofas, or other soft surfaces.
