7 - Close the True Tension

8 - Tighten the tether by pulling on the tether adjustment strap.
DO NOT cut the lower anchor attachment strap. It permanently secures the lower
anchors to the child restraint.
WARNING: DO NOT install with both the vehicle seat belt and lower anchor belt.
WARNING: Check that child restraint is securely installed before each use. Hold
seat at the belt path and move seat in all directions. Seat should move less than 1 inch.
