Do you have a question about the NuVinci N360 and is the answer not in the manual?
Controlling the ratio is done by rotating the shifter grip. The display shows ratio with a simple graphic.
Ratio changes occur smoothly within the hub. It is compatible with various brakes and has an integrated freewheel.
Requires a qualified mechanic. Max spoke diameter is #13/2.34mm. Suggested lacing is 2-cross.
Install a 3/32 inch sprocket and spacer, then secure with a snap ring. Use only 3/32 inch chains.
Place rear wheel into frame, slide no-turn washers onto axle ends. Mount axle nuts and torque to 30-40 Nm.
Shift to allow access to cable hardware. Remove hardware, axle nuts, and no-turn washers. Remove wheel.
Cable slack adjusted with barrel adjusters at shifter. Ideal slack is 0.5mm; over 2.0mm degrades performance.
Components are sealed. Do not use water under pressure. Clean frequently during winter season.
CVP is permanently lubricated. Internal freewheel is serviceable. Regular chain lubrication extends chain life.
Remove cable hardware, extract cable anchors and cables from grip pulley. Install new cables and reassemble.
If hub interface is incorrectly installed, full ratio range may be unavailable. Resetting is necessary.
