How to recalibrate NuVinci Harmony Bicycle Accessories if the system operation is inconsistent?

If your NuVinci Bicycle Accessories system isn't working right, it might need recalibration. Here's how to do it: First, turn on the system. Then, gently pedal the bicycle through the entire calibration. If possible, do this on a stand with the rear wheel off the ground. For Advanced Controller: Press and hold the “Mode” Button until the rear hub starts shifting (usually 5-7 seconds), then let go of the button. For Base Controller: Press and hold the Top and Bottom buttons at the same time until the rear hub starts shifting (usually 5-7 seconds), then release the buttons. Keep pedaling lightly as the system shifts from “low” to “high” ratio several times, finishing the calibration.
