Assembling the Brio
CAUTION: DO NOT use the Brio without the Base Tray. DO NOT
touch the inside of the Base Tray, the Reversible Rack, or the Riser
immediately after cooking. These parts will be hot. ONLY hold the Base
Tray by the handle.
Removing the Base Tray, Reversible Rack & Air Circulation Riser
1. Using the handle, pull the Base Tray straight out.
2. Allow the Base Tray to cool. Grasp the Circulation Riser by the
central handle and pull it straight up to remove it from the Base Tray.
3. When using the Reverisble Rack, allow it to cool and then remove it with
the handles.
