What to do if the message 'No printers are connected' or 'Print error' appears on my Oce All in One Printer?
    • D
      Diana HunterAug 21, 2025
If the message 'No printers are connected' or 'Print error' appears on your Oce All in One Printer, there are several potential causes. First, ensure that the network cable, parallel cable, or USB cable is properly connected. If the cables are correctly connected, check the printer's control panel for any error messages. Insufficient memory space could also be the reason, so perform a test print to see if printing is possible. Verify that the selected printer driver is compatible with the print controller and that the correct printer name is selected. If a PostScript error appears, try a test print. Also, review the application software settings using its user manual. Finally, incorrect file printing settings can cause this issue; try changing the settings and printing again.

Why can't the staple function be specified on my Oce cm2520?
    • G
      gkingSep 3, 2025
The staple function on your Oce All in One Printer might be unavailable due to a couple of reasons. Check each setting in the printer driver, because stapling is not possible if [Paper Type] is set to [Thick] or [Transparency]. Also, the staple function requires optional finisher (excepting Shift Tray), so install the required optional finisher and enable it using the printer driver.

    • E
      Erica LarsonAug 29, 2025
If paper is not being fed from the specified paper source on your Oce All in One Printer, it may be because the paper source is loaded with paper of a different size or orientation than what is specified. To fix this, load the paper source with paper of the appropriate size and orientation.

Why can't I staple with my Oce cm2520?
    • C
      Cassandra LopezAug 27, 2025
If stapling cannot be performed on your Oce All in One Printer, it could be due to several reasons. Ensure that the number of sheets does not exceed the stapling capacity: 100 sheets for Staple Finisher (100 sheets) and 50 sheets for Staple Finisher (50 sheets) / Folding Finisher on A4 or smaller plain paper; if it exceeds - change the Copies setting. For center-stapling with a Folding Finisher, the limit is 20 pages of plain paper. Also, stapling is not possible if the document contains pages of different sizes; in this case, check the document.

Why is my Oce cm2520 not printing even though the job is completed on the computer?
    • D
      dhumphreyAug 25, 2025
If your Oce All in One Printer doesn't start printing after the print job completes on your computer, several factors could be responsible. First, verify that the selected printer driver is compatible with the print controller and that the correct printer name is selected. Check the printer's control panel for any error messages. A print job might be queued, delaying printing; check the Active Jobs list on the control panel. If '[Save in User Box]' or '[Secure Print]' was selected, see if the job is stored on the Box screen or Secure Print User Box screen. If account track settings are applied, ensure the correct account name (or password) is entered. Insufficient computer memory could also be the cause, so perform a test print.

What to do if Oce All in One Printer displays an error message?
    • B
      bwhitneyAug 22, 2025
If your Oce All in One Printer displays an error message, the cause could be a destination error, a connection declined by the other party machine, a disconnection of the line, no response received from the network, a mail delivery error, a connection reset by the other party machine, a busy local machine network, or a communication time out. Check the condition of the other party machine. Also, check the network setting of your local machine and ask your network administrator if the network is operating normally. Verify there are no abnormal network conditions, such as a disconnected cable. After checking the settings and the network cable, try turning the main power switch off and on, then send the message again after a while.
