If you want use the Océ VarioPrint

6160/6200/6250 as a central departmental
printer in a network that runs on a Microsoft Windows

Operating system, read the
information below.
This section explains how to print a document that you created with Microsoft
Office
®
.
Before you begin
Install and configure the Océ VarioPrint
®
6160/6200/6250 printer driver on all PCs
in your network.
Required tool
The Océ VarioPrint
®
6160/6200/6250 printer driver for Microsoft Windows
®
environments.
Note: The Microsoft Windows
®
printer driver includes a page programming
function (see ‘Use the 'Page programmer'’ on page 52)
Create a job
1. Open the Microsoft Office
®
application.
2. Open your document.
3. Select 'File' -> 'Print'.
The 'Print' menu is displayed.
4. Select the Océ VarioPrint
®
6160/6200/6250 in the 'Printer name' drop-down list.
5. Select 'Properties'.
The settings on the 'Job' tab are now displayed together with several templates. If not,
click the 'Job' tab.
Note: If you use a certain group of setting values often, you can store the group as
a template.
6. Click a setting, for example 'Layout', 'Paper', or 'Finishing' to display and change the
values.
