16.1 ALARM
The report ALARM appears when a sensor is defect. (Exception: Breakage of safety-
related sensors
Report "ERROR" / "LOCK"
A substitute value is made. The heat pump continues in emergency mode.
16.2 Procedure by ALARM
Contact your contractual partner and arrange for the sensor to be replaced.
Example hot water sensor defect:
1. Press the ESC knob in the main display >
the alarm menu appears.
2. The error number as well as the defective
sensor is displayed in the alarm menu.
