equivalent model. On-site repairs cannot be requested.
Replaced or exchanged parts become our property.
5. The warranty claim expires if repairs or interventions are carried
out by persons who are not authorized by us to do so, or if our
products are fitted with supplementary parts or accessories that
are not matched to our products.
6. Warranty services do not extend the warranty period, nor do they
start a new warranty period. The warranty period for installed
spare parts ends with the warranty period for the entire product.
7. further and other claims, in particular those for compensation for
damages incurred outside the product, are excluded unless
liability is mandatory by law. We are therefore not liable for
accidental, indirect or other consequential damages of any kind
that lead to restrictions in use, loss of data, loss of profit or loss
of business.
8. if the device has a built-in data memory, the customer is
responsible for backing up the data before returning it. AXDIA is
not liable for loss of data on customer devices sent in. AXDIA
reserves the right to restore the factory settings of returned
devices. Therefore, please make a note of your personal settings
if necessary.
9. this guarantee has no effect on your free statutory warranty
claims in the event of an identified defect and is subject to the
applicable law of the country in which the product was first
purchased by the end customer.
