. PWM control
CPA-E and CPA-E S PWM series
.. Control
CPA-E S PWM pumps can be controlled by an external PWM signal
(which can, for instance, come from a solar controller).
As long as the PWM signal is available, the pump automatically swit-
ches into PWM mode. Otherwise, the pump can be used with the
other operating modes. The PWM output mode can be used as feed-
back signal of the pump status for the controller. Colour code of the
wires in the PWM connection cable: White = input cable, red, output
cable (not supported by all controllers, connection not mandatory),
black = GND.

Pump switches to non-PWM mode.
< Pump operates at highest speed.
~ Speed adapts to input signal.
~ Pump operates at lowest speed.
~ Pump reduces speed.
~ Stand-by, pump stopped.
Pump switches to non-PWM mode.

Standby (stop) Pump stopped.
Error message Pump not operating, only
(pump stalls) restarted after troubleshooting.
Error message Pump not operating, only
(electrical fault) restarted after troubleshooting.
Warning Pump is operating. Error is not critical
and pump can continue working.
