Preparation
In the “Mode” menu turn on PCS
Note: The parts to be counted must be uniform in weight or there will be counting errors. The
parts should weigh at least 10 times the readability of the scale.
1. Press and hold “Menu” until the display shows “Menu” then release
2. He display will show “C.A.L”
3. Repeatedly press and release “No” Until the display shows “M.O.D.E”
4. Press and release “Yes”
5. Repeatedly press and hold “No” until the display shows “PCS”
6. Press and release “Yes”
7. If the display does not show “On” press and release “No” to change it to “On”.
8. Press and release ”Yes”
9. Press and release “Exit”
10. The scale will return to the “Weigh” mode.
To Use the Counting Mode.
Note: Parts counting must be turned on before it can be used.
Setting a new APW (Average Piece Weight).
1. Press and hold “Mode” until the display shows “Count” then release.
2. “CLr.PW” with an inverted triangle over “pcs” is displayed if an APW has already been
stored. If the display shows “Put10pcs” see Storing the first APW below.
3. Press and release “Yes” if you are going to count a new part. Press and release “No” if
you are going to count more of the parts you just counted.
4. Note: You can press and release the “Function Mode” button the see the stored APW.
5. If you pressed “Yes” the display will show “Put10pcs”. If you pressed “No” the display
will show 0
