Ensure that you load several sheets of paper into the tray, and when adding new paper, remove the old sheets first, align everything, and then reload the tray. Also, avoid using the paper tray for postcards, envelopes, label sheets, or transparencies; use the Manual Feed or Multi Purpose tray instead, ensuring they are loaded correctly.
