  If your Oki All in One Printer displays 'Waiting' but isn't printing, it's likely waiting for data. This can happen when a job lacks the usual termination signals. To resolve this, press and hold the button for 3 seconds. This will flush the job buffers and finish the print job. Alternatively, the printer will automatically flush the buffers after a timeout, which is usually 20 seconds by default.

  If your Oki All in One Printer is printing slowly, especially with high-resolution documents, try reducing the memory capacity of unused items. Disabling unused ports can free up memory. Also, if the printer driver is set to [1200dpi] on the [Graphics] tab, changing it to [600dpi] will shorten the print time. If you are printing with TrueType fonts, changing the printing method for TrueType fonts in [Specify Font] on the [Detailed Settings] tab of the printer driver may help.

  If your Oki All in One Printer makes a strange noise, make sure the printer is placed on a stable, flat surface. Check that cover A is securely closed and that the paper tray is completely pushed into the printer. Inspect the inside of the printer for any foreign objects, and if found, turn off the power and remove them. If you cannot remove the object without disassembling the printer, contact service.

  If envelopes are getting wrinkled when printed with your Oki All in One Printer, it could be due to the type of envelopes being used. To reduce wrinkling, open cover B and lift up the levers at both ends of the fuser unit. Remember to return the levers to their original positions after printing the envelope.

Why won't my Oki B710 feed paper?

  If your Oki All in One Printer isn't feeding paper correctly, ensure the paper is loaded correctly. For labels, transparencies, or envelopes, fan them well before loading. Make sure you are using the correct type of paper and that the paper tray is correctly set and pushed completely into the printer. Also, check that the printer is on a flat surface and that the paper tray guides are in the correct positions. If you've used picture papers, clean the feed roll. If paper is feeding more than one sheet at a time, remove the paper, fan it, and reload it, replenishing only when the tray is empty.
