      If color selection is set to [Auto], documents with extremely small colored parts, dark-colored documents, or pale documents may be copied in black and white. To resolve this, set the color selection to [Color]. You can change the criteria for determining color document and black and white document from [Auto Color Judge Level] in Scanner Setup.

      If your Oki All in One Printer displays error code '390', remove any documents from the ADF or document glass and any paper from the MP tray. Hold the handle (B) and fully open the scanner unit (a). Press the button (A|A) and fully open the output tray (b). Remove the four image drums and place them on a flat surface, covering them with paper. Open the transparent cover (c) inside the machine and gently remove any jammed paper. Put all four image drums back. Close the output tray (b) slowly, pushing the center for confirmation. When loading paper on the MP tray, ensure the print side is face up. Finally, hold the handle (B) to close the scanner unit (a).

      If your Oki All in One Printer displays error code '391', '392', or '393', pull out the cassette of the indicated tray and remove any jammed paper. Replace the paper cassette back into the machine. Hold the handle (B) and fully open the scanner unit (a). Press the button (A) and fully open the output tray (b). Close the output tray (b) slowly, pushing the center for confirmation. Finally, hold the handle (B) and close the scanner unit (a).

      If your Oki All in One Printer is unable to copy, ensure the machine is turned on and initialization is complete. Check that the document is set properly and paper is loaded in the tray with the correct size for the document. Make sure the paper cassette is installed. On the touch panel, navigate to [Device Settings], then select [Paper Setup] > [Select Tray] > [Copy] > the paper tray where your paper is loaded, and choose [ON] or [ON(Prior)]. If you are trying duplex copying, ensure you are using appropriate paper and the settings are correct. If [Paper feed] is set to [Auto], set the media type for the paper tray to [Plain] or [Recycled]. Check for and clear any error messages or jammed paper.       If your Oki All in One Printer shows error code '380', '381', '382', '385', or '389', begin by pressing button (A|A) and fully opening the output tray (b). Remove all four image drums and place them on a flat surface, covering them to prevent light exposure. Remove any jammed paper slowly. If paper is stuck in the fuser unit, press the jam release lever (c) and gently pull the paper toward you. Tilt back the lock levers (d) on both sides of the fuser unit. Hold the fuser unit handle and lift the unit out of the machine. Check inside the machine for any remaining pieces of paper. Then, hold the fuser unit handle and place it back into the machine, tilting the lock levers (d) on both sides. Put all four image drums back into the machine.
