9. Troubleshooting

Open the ADF cover (a).

Remove the jammed document. Proceed to step 4 if you cannot remove the
jammed document.
Do not try to remove the document by force.

If you were able to remove the document, proceed to step 8.

Open the inner cover (b).

If you can see the edge of the jammed document, pull it out gently.

If the edge of document jammed under the document tray (c) can be seen, lift
up the document tray and gently pull out the document to remove.
