Lift the shield over the 2 tabs at the top
and remove the shield.

Unplug the toner supply motor connector
on the sub-assembly board.
NOTE: These cables are wrapped
around the sub-assembly board.

On the front of the printer, locate the 1
st
station toner block plastic piece to the left
of the yellow station and unsnap to
remove.
Note: This only applies to the C911 /
C931 models.
