Note that the paper tray is not suitable for postcards, envelopes, label sheets, or transparencies; use the Manual Feed tray or Multi Purpose tray instead, ensuring correct orientation.

  To address feed or exit jams in your Oki Printer, remove the tray and clear any misfed sheets. Open the printer’s top cover and carefully lift out the image drum with the toner cartridge. Remove any jammed sheets from the paper path. Re-install the image drum and toner cartridge, ensuring correct placement. Lower the top cover without latching it yet. Remove any jammed paper from the stackers and rear path, and check the duplex unit and under the Paper Guard for jams. Open the Multi Purpose Tray and remove any paper. Finally, close the top cover and latch it. The printer will then warm up and resume printing.
