Low-Beam Headlamp Bulbs
If
you
need to replace a low-beam headlamp bulb, do
the following:
1.
Remove the two bolts and pull out the headlamp
assembly for more hand clearance.

Unclip the bulb
assembly from the
wiring harness and
replace the bulb.
4.
Reverse Steps
1
through
4
to
replace the bulb
assembly, headlamp housing, air cleaner cover
and tube.
5.
Replace the headlamp assembly by aligning the pin
and tightening the two bolts to secure it.
2.
Twist the bulb assembly one-sixth of a turn
to
the
left and pull out the bulb assembly.
