”Tg” is a gradient for the vacuum pump. For each
position not in use or finished in synthesis an
extra time is added to the vacuum pump.
If you only have 1 or 2 active oligos left in a run,
they will require longer vacuum time to drain.
The vacuum time for each reagent.
All numbers are in msec.
When the numbers are adjusted it is important
to make sure that all columns are dry before
the next reagent is added.
The waiting time (3 sec. for DEB) before
the vacuum pump will start.
