needs to be powered on by pressing and
holding the end call key for 5 seconds.

If the chip on the SIM card is dirty or
damaged it can impact the phone’s
ability to read the SIM card. Please
clean/replace as required.
Please ensure the SIM card is installed
in accordance with the instructions
