  If your Olivetti All in One Printer doesn't operate, consider these possible causes and solutions: * Ensure the printer is plugged into a grounded outlet. * Check that the power switch is turned ON. * If the POWER SAVE indicator is blinking, allow the machine to finish warming up. * Make sure the front or side cover is completely closed. * If the machine is in auto power shut-off mode (only POWER SAVE and ON LINE indicators are lit), press the START key to resume operation. * If the PAPER SIZE indicator is blinking, the paper size loaded in the tray may not match the paper size setting. Change the paper size setting, use the TRAY SELECT key, open and close the tray, or press the CLEAR ALL key.

Confirm that "Olivetti d-Copia XXXX" (where XXXX is your model) is selected in the Print dialog box when printing from applications. 6. Check if the printer driver has been installed properly.

  If your Olivetti All in One Printer is experiencing paper misfeeds, consider the following: * Use copy paper within the specified size and weight range. * Do not use curled or crimped paper; replace with dry copy paper, storing paper in a dark, dry place when not in use. * Ensure the paper is properly installed. * Remove all pieces of misfed paper. * If the stack of paper is higher than the indicator line on the tray, remove some paper. * Fan the paper well before loading it. * Adjust the guides on the bypass tray to match the width of the paper. * When loading a large size of paper on the bypass tray, pull out the extension. * Clean the bypass paper feed roller. * A5 (5-1/2" x 8-1/2") size paper must be loaded in upper paper tray or the bypass tray.
