Saving a frame
You can save any individual frame from the movie file.
Use the following procedure to save a frame.
1
Click the tool button [Movie] and select [Export Frame].
The edit setting panel now shows the [Export Frame] dialog box.

Play the movie, and pause on the frame you want to save.

Click the [Save] button.
The [Save As] dialog box appears.

Enter the folder, specify the file format, and enter the file name.

Click the [Save] button.
