Overwrite recording
You can overwrite a previously recorded file starting from any point within the
file. When using overwriting, the overwritten part will be erased.
1 Select and play the file you want to
overwrite.
Stop the playback at the point you want to
start overwriting.
NOTE
A file’s creation time and date will be updated to the time and date the file
was last edited.
You cannot select a recording mode different from the one set onto the
original file.
Overwrite recording is not available for MP3 files.
2 Move the slide switch to the REC (s)
position to start overwriting.
The LED indicator lights in red.
3 Move the slide switch to the STOP (4)
position to stop overwriting.
a Total recording time of the file
