Use existing PDM or provider settings to set up your new system.
Rely on your Certified Pod Trainer for setup guidance.
Navigate PDM to find and view your basal program segments.

Hold the power button to wake the PDM and begin personalization.
After personalization, enter your insulin delivery settings step-by-step.

Pair your BG meter with the PDM for wireless data transfer.
Follow on-screen prompts to turn on the meter and initiate pairing.
Choose your BG meter from the list of available meters on the PDM.
Confirm PDM has paired, setting meter's ranges, date, and time.
Tap "SET UP NEW POD" on the "Pod Info" screen to start.
Carefully follow PDM prompts for successful new Pod setup.
Collect PDM, Pod, swabs, insulin; wash hands and clean vial top.
Prepare syringe, fill Pod, and follow safety precautions for optimal results.
Access the PDM menu to suspend insulin delivery following on-screen instructions.
Tap "Suspend Insulin" and follow the PDM's on-screen instructions.
Use the PDM menu to set a temporary basal rate and duration.
Tap "Basal" tab, then "VIEW" to access and select "EDIT".
Insulin delivery must be suspended before editing the active Basal Program.
Tap "SUSPEND INSULIN" to enable editing of the active Basal Program.
Edit program name/tag or tap "NEXT" to modify basal time segments and rates.
Tap "RESUME INSULIN" to activate the edited program.
Tap the "Bolus" icon on the Home screen to open the Bolus Calculator.
Enter carb grams and BG value manually or sync from your meter.
Review calculated bolus values and tap "CONFIRM" to proceed.
Tap "START" to initiate the bolus delivery process.
