Check that Operation mode switch
on Photoelectric Sensor is set to
Light ON (factory setting).
Make sure that there is no sensing
object in front of Photoelectric
Sensor and that Operation indicator
is not lit.

below.
Detection Level: 3
Control Output 2: OFF
Control Output 1: OFF
