Attach one pad in front and
one in back of the muscle.
HIP & THIGH
Attach both pads on either
side of the area with pain.
UPPER ARM
Attach both pads on either
side of the region where
you feel pain.
ELBOW
Attach both pads on either
side of the joint with the pain.
