4.2 Troubleshooting
If any of the below problems occur during measurement, check to make sure
that no other electrical device is within 12 inches (30cm). If the problem
persists, please refer to the table below.
Problem Cause and Solution
No power.
No display appears on the monitor.
Replace all batteries with new ones.
Check the battery installation for
proper placement of the battery
polarities.
Refer to chapter 2.
Measurement values appear too high
or too low.
Blood pressure varies constantly.
Many factors including stress, time of
day, and how you wrap the cuff, may
affect your blood pressure.
Review the section 1.3, 3.2 and 3.3.
