1 Sit comfortably at a table with your feet
flat on the floor and rest your arm on
the table.
2 Relax your arm and turn your palm
upward.
Caution! Cuff at heart height during
measurement!

3 Press on/off button. Caution! Wait for zero and the heart-
symbol to continue!

4 Squeeze the air inflation bulb until you
reach a pressure of approx. 40 mmHg
higher than your normal blood pressure.
Note: inflate to 180 mmHg if you do not
know your normal blood pressure.
Caution! Do not inflate over 300 mmHg!
Note: the cuff deflates automatically.
Caution! Sit still, do not move and do not
speak!
